Fideicomiso (Escrow)
Mecanismo donde un tercero (agente de escrow) retiene los fondos de la transacción temporalmente. El depósito inicial del comprador se mantiene en cuenta de escrow hasta el cierre. Las condiciones de reembolso en caso de cancelación se especifican en el contrato.
