Visa E-2
La visa E-2 es una visa de inversionista basada en tratados de comercio y navegación. Permite a empresarios de países con tratado establecer y operar negocios en EE.UU. No hay un monto mínimo legal de inversión, pero generalmente se requieren $100,000-$200,000 o más. Se otorga por hasta 5 años inicialmente y puede renovarse indefinidamente. El cónyuge puede obtener autorización de trabajo (EAD) y los hijos menores de 21 años pueden residir como dependientes.
