Tipo de propiedad donde se posee la unidad directamente (propiedad real). A diferencia de Co-ops, generalmente no requiere aprobación de junta. Más favorable para compradores extranjeros y para subarrendamiento. La mayoría de los edificios nuevos de lujo en NYC son condominios.
