Ajuste de Estatus (AOS)
Proceso para cambiar de visa de no inmigrante a residencia permanente estando dentro de EE.UU. Se presenta el formulario I-485, seguido de una entrevista. Si se encuentra fuera de EE.UU., se utiliza el Procesamiento Consular. Durante la revisión del AOS, se necesita Advance Parole para viajar al exterior.
