Gemeinsame Bereiche wie Lobby, Aufzüge und Dach werden gemeinsam von allen Eigentümern verwaltet, meist über eine Hauseigentümervereinigung (HOA). Condos sind für ausländische Käufer zugänglicher als Co-ops, da keine Vorstandsgenehmigung erforderlich ist.
