미국의 표준적인 법인 형태. 법인 단계에서 과세된 후 배당에 대해 주주 단계에서도 과세되는 이중 과세가 특징입니다. 그러나 외국인 투자자에게는 경영 소득을 법인에 유보할 수 있고 조세 조약의 혜택도 받기 쉬운 장점이 있습니다.
