LLC
La LLC protège les actifs personnels des propriétaires (membres) des dettes et obligations de l'entreprise. Par défaut, une LLC à associé unique est imposée comme une entreprise individuelle, tandis qu'une LLC à plusieurs membres est imposée comme une société de personnes, bien que les membres puissent choisir d'être imposés comme une corporation. La LLC est particulièrement adaptée aux petites et moyennes entreprises en raison de sa simplicité de gestion.
