L-1-Visum
Das L-1-Visum ist in zwei Kategorien unterteilt: L-1A für Manager und Führungskräfte (bis zu 7 Jahre) und L-1B für Mitarbeiter mit Spezialkenntnissen (bis zu 5 Jahre). Es kann auch zur Gründung einer neuen US-Niederlassung genutzt werden, wenn das Unternehmen im Ausland bereits erfolgreich tätig ist. Das L-1A-Visum kann als Sprungbrett für die EB-1C Green Card dienen.
