FBAR
Der FBAR wird jährlich bis zum 15. April elektronisch beim FinCEN (Financial Crimes Enforcement Network) eingereicht, mit automatischer Verlängerung bis Oktober. Meldepflichtig sind alle ausländischen Bankkonten, Investmentkonten und bestimmte Versicherungspolicen, wenn der Gesamtbetrag 10.000 USD übersteigt. Vorsätzliche Verstöße können mit Strafen von bis zu 100.000 USD oder 50% des Kontosaldos geahndet werden.
