E-2-Visum
Das E-2-Investorenvisum richtet sich an Ausländer, die in ein reales und aktives US-Unternehmen investieren. Die Investition muss wesentlich sein und im Verhältnis zum Gesamtwert des Unternehmens stehen. Das Visum wird zunächst für zwei bis fünf Jahre ausgestellt und kann unbegrenzt verlängert werden, solange das Unternehmen aktiv ist.
